Sun Capsule – 1-Year Limited Warranty
Coverage:
Sun Capsule warrants that the Stand-up Tanning Bed shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What Is Covered:
During the warranty period, Excell will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any defective parts or components due to manufacturing defects, including:
- Tanning Lamps
- Electrical components
- Control panel and timers
- Power supply and wiring
Sun Capsule will provide replacement parts and technical support necessary to restore the unit to proper working condition. Labor costs for repairs performed by authorized Sun Capsule technicians may be covered under this warranty if pre-approved by Sun Capsule.
What Is Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, or modifications
- Damage resulting from power surges, electrical issues, or improper voltage supply
- Routine maintenance, cleaning, or adjustments
- Unauthorized repairs or use of non Sun Capsule parts
Warranty Claims & Service:
To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact Sun Capsule customer service team and provide proof of purchase, along with a description of the issue. Sun Capsule may require photographs or videos to assist in diagnosing the problem. If a replacement part is necessary, Excell will ship the part and provide instructions for installation.
Limitations & Disclaimers:
This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Excell. It replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Sun Capsule is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the booth, including lost profits or business disruption.
